This document outlines the child safety standards for MutluEvlilik: Evlilik
Tanışma (package name: com.mutluevlilik.app), developed
and published by Yolsoft. MutluEvlilik is a matrimony and dating platform
exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards Child
Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE
Strict Prohibition
MutluEvlilik strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
- Sextortion of minors — threatening to share intimate images of a minor
- Trafficking of minors — any activity facilitating the trafficking of children
- Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way
Any user found to be involved in CSAE activities will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform, and all relevant evidence will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), ICMEC (International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children), and Turkish National Police Cyber Crimes Division (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı).
2. Age Restriction and Verification
18+ Only Platform
MutluEvlilik is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration. Date of birth is required and validated — users under 18 are rejected at registration.
Verification Measures
We employ multiple verification measures including AI-powered photo moderation, SMS verification, email verification, and manual review by our moderation team to ensure all users are genuine adults.
3. Content Moderation and CSAM Detection
AI-Powered Moderation
All user-uploaded photos, profile texts, posts, comments, and usernames are automatically screened by our AI moderation system. Content that violates our policies, including any content potentially involving minors, is flagged for immediate review and removal.
Human Review Team
Our dedicated moderation team reviews flagged content and conducts proactive audits. All photos go through manual approval before being visible to other users. Suspicious accounts are investigated and escalated as necessary.
Swift Removal
Any CSAM or CSAE-related content identified on our platform is immediately removed, the offending account is permanently banned, and all relevant information is preserved and reported to law enforcement authorities.
4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
MutluEvlilik provides multiple channels for users to report inappropriate content, suspicious behavior, or any child safety concerns:
Profile Reporting
Users can report any profile directly from the profile view page using the report button.
Message Reporting
Inappropriate messages can be reported directly within the chat interface.
5. Legal Compliance
MutluEvlilik complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Turkish Penal Code (TCK) Articles 103, 226, and 227 regarding offenses against the sexual integrity of children
- Turkish Child Protection Law No. 5395
- Google Play Child Safety Standards Policy
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions on minors' data
- Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698
